In 2021, we decided to open a coffee shop. We weren't sure what that looked like, but after brainstorming, we came up with the idea to open a mobile coffee shop trailer versus a store front, and so Witch Water Coffee Co. was born. We bought a little black trailer and started transforming it into our coffee shop. When the trailer was ready to go in March 2023, we began doing events and setting up in neighborhoods, serving coffee that we were proud of with a fun theme. In our minds, we would be doing events and traveling around the area, but suddenly we found ourselves at Hilltop Truck Park in Northlake, TX, in May 2023 and we've been here ever since.

You're probably thinking, this is about a coffee shop, what about Flying High Pizza? Well, in April 2024, Witch Water Coffee Co. moved into the new onsite bar that was built at Hilltop Truck Park. When we moved the coffee shop into the bar, we had an empty trailer with no purpose! After a lot of thoughts and ideas, we decided to open a pizza trailer, and that is how we grew into Flying High Pizza!!

We are a locally owned small business, and we are so proud of what we have to offer! We hope that you will visit both of our stores at Hilltop, but we know that delivery is sometimes so much easier, so we are excited to offer that option to our community. Thanks in advance for supporting us!
